And reads the chillness of his silence.
Then his soul’s emotions seep into her writing
But how all these happens,
she doesn’t quite understand !!
Greetings! I’m Akhila, a passionate writer from India. Explore my posts right here. Feel free to dive into the world of my writings!
Passionate for quantitative data analysis, my analytical mind flourishes, while my heart resonates with the beauty and expressiveness of poetry. As an astrophile, I’m captivated by the celestial dance of stars and the mysteries of space. Another facet of my being delves into the intricacies of quantum theories, maybe in pursuit of my own quantum soul. Meanwhile, a parallel version of me resides in the spiritual realm, perhaps as a seeker in an alternate universe. She visits me occasionally and then I become a fusion, a harmonious blend where the realms of poetry, physics, and philosophy intertwine. This amalgamation shapes my perspective, guiding me through life with a holistic and inquisitive spirit. And all my explorations are fueled by the force of love.
Multiverse is real. Some of my versions are there !!

“I don’t find true love or romance in you guy’s relationship.” , well, who am I to make such judgments about someone else’s relationship? Ultimately, who am I to define what love is?
What is love.. love is just love.. nothing more to say.. Love is not an abstract thing to be defined.
Your interpretation of love may differ from mine, and that’s perfectly acceptable. There’s no absolute right or wrong in matters of expression.
In a relationship rooted in love, the connection spans various emotions, encompassing care, trust, passion, longing, and more. It offers a space for expressing all feelings, including anger, sorrow, and pain, fostering understanding and support.
Indeed, hormones like oxytocin play a significant role in love. Perhaps that’s why love cannot be coerced or prevented—it’s a complex interplay of biological and emotional factors that transcend control.
Moreover, beyond superficial feelings, a natural bond gradually forms over time. This chemistry manifests in actions, revealing a genuine addiction to each other’s presence and well-being.
You can buy an orgasm, but never love. Love for sale is not yet available in the markets!!
Well, this is how I outline love to certain extent, , and I must say, I don’t believe in love at first sight.

I’ve always been curious about the mysteries of the mind, eager to understand what constitutes our soul, ‘consciousness,’ and more.
However, a certain inertia restrained my exploration at times.
I've been a curious soul,
seeking the essence of 'I ',
exploring the meaning of living.
When "Is this world predestined?"
echoes in my thoughts
my questions take a flight
beyond the vast expanse of the sky.
Yet, a certain inertia at times
holds my wings in check
restraining my cosmic climbs.
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by the mysteries of life, birth, death, and the soul. I even considered choosing psychology for higher studies for a deeper understanding. However, at that time, this passion of mine wasn’t adequately nurtured, leading me to pursue a different field while still carrying these thoughts in the back of my mind. Furthermore, it felt like, despite my desire to believe, my logical mind wasn’t prepared to accept otherworldly concepts as spiritualism lacked scientific evidence.
Then, in the start of 2024, I came across a book, “Reading Beyond the Lines: A Treatise on Consciousness, Energy, Spirituality and Healing” by Liyla S, in a serendipitous manner, as I often say. (I have mentioned about this book in my previous blog post, Reading & writing journal : The summary of 2023). Perhaps it was the right time for me to delve deeper into my spiritual journey, a path that had lingered in my mind for many years.
As I began reading this book, I was uncertain whether it could provide logical answers to my questions and aid me in overcoming the inertia associated with my spiritual journey. Initially, I expected it to be similar to the books I had read before, leaning more towards spirituality than science. However, gradually, the book captivated me.
This is the only book that I’ve read twice in one sitting, and things became much clearer during my second reading. I read it twice, not due to the complexity of the language but for my better comprehension.
This book attempts to merge spirituality and science. The author is quite confident in what she is saying. I can’t assert that it fully integrates modern scientific knowledge with spirituality as science is not just about hypothesis, but substantiating evidence too. However, the book aligns seamlessly with logic and reasoning, even for science enthusiasts.
The author has made sincere efforts to support the provided information by referencing Indian philosophic writings especially Upanishads, contemporary books, experiences of renowned scientists or doctors, including Dr Michael Newton, Dr. Brian Weiss, Dr. Ian Stevenson, Dr. Raymond Moody, Dr. Robert Monroe and spiritual Gurus like Sri. Paramahansa Yogananda and many more.
The book enhanced my understanding of subtle bodies, rebirths, and karmic balance. And, most notably, there were pages that left me utterly astonished, especially when delving into the topic of ‘automatic writing.’
Certain poems are inscribed within, deep and thought-provoking.
One thing which I like most in the book is its organized writing, providing a structured exploration of concepts like mind, intellect, consciousness, Atma, etc. Each chapter encourages further reading and contemplation.
Additionally, the book caught my interest with indications of the author’s command of modern physics, featuring insights such as:
The book delves into questions such as: What is the nature of the mind? What is consciousness? What role does destiny play?
And beyond the answers, it introduces a fresh perspective to my way of thinking.
Think of Atma, as a spark of universal intelligence on a journey to explore various experiences. Say Atma is a passenger, which utilizes different vehicles or instruments, referred to as Sharir (bodies) in Sanskrit to navigate the material world.
These bodies include the physical body, subtle body, and causal body. The book delves into these three vehicles as the means through which Atma (soul) experiences life.
Interestingly, I previously wrote about three types of minds in a Malayalam tweet. Now, reading about the three vehicles of Atma, I sense a harmonious connection, not necessarily in literal terms.
This question has always lingered in my mind. And now I feel like, I got a new dimension to that question which has to be explored further.
The world needn’t be random where events occur by chance without consideration for karma, nor strictly pre-destined, where there is no room for a freewill as everything is decided by destiny or the so-called God’s will.
Destiny or God’s will is nothing but an expression of the universal law of karma.
The actions we take create energy patterns in the universe, acting as determining factors for our future and influencing others through collective karma. Karma and its results needn’t be balanced in a single life time. The karmic balance might span across multiple births to settle debts and desires. In this context, there’s a sense of free will as we shape our future through our karma, but it operates within the broader framework of karmic cycles or rebirths. Therefore, from this perspective, nothing in this universe can be considered random!
Having said all these, the world of quantum particles remains elusive, with its inherent randomness yet to be fully understood or rendered deterministic!
In the past, when some asked about my belief in God, I responded uncertainly, but expressing faith in a Universal Energy. At that time, I was unaware of the depth of my intentions. However, after reading this book, clarity has dawned upon me. Indeed, it revolves around the concept of energy.
The essence of energy, as presented in the book, seems to resonate with my initial intuition about a universal force. It’s a journey of discovery that brings clarity to our beliefs and perceptions.
Similarly, when I wrote poems on astral travel, I wasn’t entirely sure about the depth of my verses. Perhaps, I was merely indulging my soul without fully comprehending the profound meanings behind subtle bodies and out-of-body experiences.
Despite my sensitive nature, I usually adopted a practical and logical mindset, less susceptible to emotional influences. I often questioned whether this dominance of reasoning was unnatural or wrong, thinking it seemed to go against my natural emotions/mindset. However, reading the book provided reassurance, as it prioritizes the intellect plane over the emotional plane.
I would recommend this book to anyone with a spiritual inclination!! It is a must read, I would say.
After reading the book and comprehending the various planes of consciousness it describes, I can rephrase my initial state as “my mind was inclined towards spirituality while the intellect was resistant.” Upon completion, I discovered that my reasoning mind is now 75% in sync with spiritual thoughts.
It’s been quite a while since I shared anything here on my wordsandnotion webpage.

In the world of verses, I’m not an intentional poet. Words find me serendipitously, their voices softly command, to intertwine them. In this whimsical dream, we create a shared state. If it holds meaning for you, my task is complete. I reiterate, I’m not an intentional poet!!
I’ve been thinking to keep ‘a reading and writing journal’ for a while now, and I’ve finally decided to start.
Here I am, noting down the summary of 2023.
Please be aware that my reading and writing logs may not be exhaustive as I haven’t consistently tracked them throughout the year 2023. The summaries are based on the available history of read books and written pieces, without a precise count of articles or poems.
A journal where you note down what you write or read can be called a reading and writing journal.
I’m currently reading “Reading beyond the lines” authored by Liyla S, a spiritual book that seeks to forge connections between spirituality and science.
Hello new year, I’m waiting for you. Bring me sweets coated with peace and a family packet ice cream of happiness flavour.
So guys,
It’s time for a bit introspection..
Give it a try.. 7 Questions
