A diamond necklace adorned me

Awesome, my mirror called me

Overwhelmed in proudness

Enjoyed the envious eyes around me

Until I found two blind eyes staring at me

Was it my own soul, masked under blindness?

    Beauty lies in the eyes of beholder. Leave alone a blind person, if i take the same diamond neclace to toddler and an ice cream in other hand, they would chose the later. Perspectives of life – its all about what our hearts desire 🙂

            Keeping that aside, lot of interconnected memories rushed in with the word Diamond Necklace, the recent one being the Lal Jose Film, a lesson from chemistry in school, Maupassant’s story, in addition to the the various ads for the jewellery .. 🙂
