first think whats the idea?? if you have a game changing idea, then think about affordability.. point is to get started with whatever infrastructure ,gears, devices,equipments you have ..and gradually work hard so that you can afford the best equipments and grow your ideas and business or whtever it is ..
again point is to get started .. -

Depends on the destination we need to reach or the agenda we need to achieve … our policy would vary…
To reduce poverty we need to first start thinking about the basic facilities rather than seeing up infrastructure which will be an ongoing process …. but if our agenda it’s to set up IT firm we need to focus on infrastructure first … even then it would be a continuous development !!
