Walking barefooted

Published by

on

Walking in nature is one of the natural prescriptions for better health.

Now what about walking barefooted..?

Why can’t we take a step back and synchronize with the mother earth by taking the shoes off at least for five minutes daily?

With the advancements in technology, we are missing the pampering of mother earth from where we all evolved. So why can’t we take a cautious move to feel her love..?

Walk barefooted on grass, sand or soil and feel the earth’s natural electric charge.

Don’t feel it to be a anti-culture trend.  There is a scientific reason behind this. Walking barefoot means we have a connection with the earth and its magnetic field. And it seems better when our body comes in direct contact with the natural charges of earth.

You are guaranteed to stand out in a crowd while walking barefooted. But don’t be ashamed while running against technology. Definitely it will improve the physical fitness. Grounding enhances your awareness on the body and posture. And moreover there is a balancing of electrons happening while grounded, and it helps to increase our senses. You are much conscious and present at the moment as you have to watch where you are walking.

And finally don’t miss to wash your feet thoroughly after walking barefooted..;)

That’s what it is.. I guess.. 🙂 🙂 Thanks for asking Akhila, No one have asked me about this..!!

Even walking barefoot is good for diabetic patients, i heard it somewhere. And it always feel good when one is barefoot in temples and places as such, direct connection with all the elements we are mad up of.

    In Trivandrum a lot of nature lovers do the same practice. They call this practice by the name naturopathy. These people started super restaurants at various parts of the city, where we get good natural food like

I was born and bought up in Kerala. You know why it reminded me of malayalees, because i heard stories how our old generation had walked miles barefooted and at the same time if you look at the people working in paddy fields and other agricultural they don’t wear shoes. They like to go to the fields barefooted and they even advice our “new generation” to feel the earth..

My best times are when I can count entire days when I don’t wear shoes. The wearing of shoes when they are not necessary, as well as the wearing of clothing, is all part of the process to keep Earthians disconnected from the natural world and dependent upon “the System” and most cling to this programming, frowning on bare feet and bare skin. What I find truly funny is how many people consider shoes cleaner than bare feet if they’ve been on the same path. In fact, bare feet are cleaner than shoes and easier to wipe. Let’s all go barefoot!
